Smooth, natural facade for hotel

LUXURIOUS APPEARANCE The Seaside hotel is just a short drive from Fig Tree Bay and Konnos beach in Cyprus and is a real gem. When renovating the facade, the luxury hotel really wanted to see a striking yet sleek and luxurious design. Not an easy job for the architect, but the result is one to be very proud of. NATURAL COLOUR The grey Puro Plus facade panel was chosen as the basic tone. This panel is the most natural fibre cement panel on the market. It shows, as it were, the natural colour of fibre cement without colour pigments and/or coatings. The panel has only been given an abrasion that is unique to SVK's panels. In addition, wooden frames have been used to give the facade an extra warm look. 3D EFFECT The combination of Puro Plus with the wooden frames also creates a very natural look. By incorporating light behind the Puro Plus, it creates an enormous 3D effect on the facade, especially when it is dark. This accentuates the 3D effect of the facade. This makes the facade stand out, as it were, and the hotel stands out from afar. An important asset that should be played out for a region where many luxury hotels are located in each other's vicinity. The facade will also change over time under the influence of the weather, giving it a beautiful naturally weathered look that feels as if the facade is alive. Fibre cement The versatility of the material fibre cement makes this a very interesting architectural product. Within the standard dimensions of a sheet of 3070x1220 mm or 2520x1220 mm, anything is actually possible. In addition to sawing all kinds of shapes, our CNC machines can carry out various other operations, such as milling into the sheet of, for example, a house number, relief or drawing. Our Puro Plus panels as well as the Ornimat panels are extremely suitable for bonding and can be attached both concealed and visibly. They do not attract dirt and are low-maintenance. All SVK fibre cement products meet fire class A2, which makes them virtually incombustible.
