Why choose fibre cement from SVK?
As a global player, SVK can distinguish itself from its competitors. Our products are of high quality because they are double pressed during the production process. This ensures that our materials are very strong and durable.
We can prove the strength of our materials with our corrugated sheets. Neptunus corrugated sheets have 50% more impact resistance than the mandatory European standard.
In addition, all our products have a fire reaction class A2, s1-d0 which means that they contribute very little to a fire in terms of fire spread, smoke development and the creation of droplets.
SVK also has its own paint preparation. In this way we always guarantee the highest quality and can easily create specific project colours.
After 115 years we can call ourselves a real expert in fibre cement. We are sure that with our expertise, accessibility, flexibility and efficiency we can provide you with the right product for your project.
minimum impact on the environment through efficient recycling
During the production process, all product surpluses as well as the dust from sawing or polishing are incorporated into the new production process**.
Thanks to reuse of the surface water during the production process, we obtain lower energy consumption.
Thanks to its long service life, fibre cement does not need to be replaced quickly. However, if a fibre cement product does come to the end of its life, it can be crushed and then used again in a new fibre cement production process. It is also possible to reuse crushed pieces of fibre cement for the construction of roads, placing sound walls, etc.
