Creative freedom

All colours are possible: 12 Essentials and 6 Elements colours. What is remarkable is that almost all RAL and NCS colours (with the exception of fluo and metallics) are available in our Inspirations colour range as from 150 m². Moreover, you are free to play with various shapes and can opt for a perforated finish if required. As such, with Ornimat, you give your imagination a free rein.

Custom-made with high-quality coating

Ornimat is made-to-measure par excellence. The facade panels are cut according to the dimensions provided: sloping, curved, with or without pre-drilled holes. The panels and edges are coloured at the same time so that a ready-made product leaves the factory. This product is given a water-based and UV-resistant Polyurethane coating with coloured edges. This allows optimal durability and a uniform appearance to be guaranteed.

Easy maintenance and top quality

Ornimat facade panels require only limited maintenance. Clean water or water with a neutral all-purpose cleaner is enough to freshen up the facade panels. Moreover, SVK lets the Ornimat facade panels, made only from the finest raw materials, harden naturally in drying rooms. This gradual drying process helps to create a particularly strong and stable panel.

Quality

Ornimat conforms to the requirements of European standard EN 12467:2004 ‘Fibre-cement flat sheets – Product specification and test methods’ and to the requirements of the Soil Quality Decree (Netherlands). There is a CE label with the relevant quality criteria on every package. Ornimat facade panels carry the European technical certificate ETA 14/0284 (European Technical assessment).

Fire safety

Safety is one of the main priorities at SVK. The panels belong to fire reaction class A2-s1,d0 in accordance with European standard EN 13501-1 "Fire classification of materials, construction products and building elements". It also belongs to Class A ( 0/≤5) non combustible in accordance with ASTM E136 & ASTM E84. Specifically, this means that our facade panels can only make a limited contribution to fires, and they are tested under the strictest conditions. In the event of fire, there is only limited smoke development and no burning particles can fall from our plates. When designing a fire resistant wall or ceiling, the complete construction of the element must be taken into account, paying attention to the fire safety of the other materials used, including insulation, the mounting system and the interconnections between the materials.
