For this energy-efficient new-build house, both roof and facade are finished with SVK's smooth blue-black tartan slates. The coverage method for façade is the checkerboard pattern and for roof the traditional tartan coverage. Solar panels have also been installed on this slate roof. These are almost invisible thanks to the dark slates. Result: a sleek beautiful energy-efficient yet spacious house.
