This reference has Puro Plus as the main product
The former nursing home De Orangerie has undergone a total renovation. The façade of the complex has been completely renewed and clad with SVK's Puro Plus façade panels. These cladding panels enable the building's shell to be completely transformed into energy-efficient and modern flats.
The entire complex has been transformed into 64 luxury flats with care tailored to the resident. The residents of "the golden heart" (the new name of the complex) live independently but can rely on 24-hour care. This care can range from light to intensive care, from home care to WLZ indication.
SVK's Puro Plus fibre cement façade panel was chosen for the renovation. This natural and durable fibre cement façade panel gives the building a modern and classy appearance.
